Increases the volume of the caster's voice to painful levels for the length of one sentence. The caster's voice is also heard in the spirit world.
The caster must sacrifice a songbird who has tasted their blood, then drink the bird's blood and save of it's feathers as possible. The feathers are placed in a pouch with a pinch of pure acsorbic acid and dry belladonna, then anointed with the caster's saliva and blood. The following chant or one similar should be said,
Feathers fine, or fates entwine,
Avian and Kin, as Thine and Mine,
Form the pact, let the spirits define,
Witness in my magical shrine,
Let Kin swear friendship unto your kind.
For your aid, my blood I send,
An alliance now from beginning to end,
Your life and spirit I beg you lend,
That fate my way now shall bend,
All quarrels between us forever shall mend.
To use, the caster places one of the feathers in their mouth, chews and swallows it and then speaks a prayer to the four winds. The next sentence after the prayer will be amplified, as long as a wind is blowing at the time within 1 mile. This ritual may be used once per night, though it will cause vocal damage if used for more than two nights in a row.
