Allows a member of a House to send an empathic message to any elders who he believes have legitimate authority.
The House elders must bless a group of several bloodstones communally, using combined blood to do so. Each stone is engraved with the House's sigil on one side and the personal seal of the recipient on the other. These stones must be ritually "fed" with their owner's blood every May1 and October 31. If the owner wishes to send an emotional message to the Elders, they must coat every surface of the stone with thier blood, grip it in their hand until it becomes slightly painful and think about the emotion they wish to send. At the same time ;they should chant the group's motto. As long as at least one of the Elders is wearing one of the stones enchanted at the same ritual, they will recieve the message. This is very useful as an emergency "help" or "alarm" signal.
