To learn the last moments and the last sights of a human or Otherkin that has died.
Acess to the corpse is necessary for this ritual. Two pure copper pennies over a century old must be aquired. They are allowed to sit in a container of Anecros for a night, then buried in a graveyard for a night at the New moon. After this, they must have an "X" carved over each side which covers the coin from edge to edge and at least a millimeter thick. The coins are next placed in a container of the caster's blood and graveyard dust for a night. They are then wrapped in a piece of black silk and set aside until needed.
To use the coins, the caster must anoint them and the mouth and heart of the corpse with blood. The coins are left on for at least an hour. The caster then purifies and wards an area, turns off all electrical devices nearby, and meditates lying down in the position of the body with the coins over their closed eyes. The caster will have flashes of the last sights of the corpse, and depending on how the body died and the caster's skill, the visions may be a few seconds or a few minutes long. When the caster is finished, they must thank the spirit of the departed and bury the coins with the body if possible, or at least in the body's grave. If this is not possible, the coins should be thrown into an ocean or dipped in salt water and then left in an uninhabited place.
